    [摘要] 目的 探讨乳腺实性乳头状癌的临床病理特征、免疫表型、鉴别诊断及预后。 方法 收集江苏省苏州市立医院东区2013年1月～2017年10月病理诊断为乳腺实性乳头状癌20例，进行组织学观察及免疫组织学化学染色，分析其临床病理特征，并进行随访。 结果 患者19例女性，1例男性。年龄40～78岁，平均(61.8±7.9)岁。16例表达突触素，10例表达嗜铬素，3例表达CD56，6例肌上皮缺失。随访时间1～10个月，14例随访均无复发或远处转移。 结论 乳腺实性乳头状癌具有独特的组织学形态、免疫表型和临床特点，需与多种乳头状肿瘤进行鉴别诊断，预后良好，对于肌上皮缺失的实性乳头状癌是原位或是浸润性肿瘤尚无定论。
