    [摘要] 目前，隨着我国医疗卫生事业的发展和现代医疗卫生体制的不断改革，各中医药院校每年都在扩招，毕业生人数也逐年增长，但各类城市医药卫生行业能够提供的就业岗位数量有限，中医药学生就业问题面临着巨大的挑战。然而基层就业作为大学生就业的一种方式，也逐渐成为中医药院校毕业生就业重要途径之一。本研究以加强中医药学生基层就业教育指导，转变传统就业观念，树立正确基层就业理念为立足点，同时加强基层就业宣传教育，营造良好就业氛围;开展基层就业社会实践，提高就业综合能力;增强基层就业形势引导，强化学生就业信心，帮助学生树立正确的基层从业观，缓解就业压力，进而推进基层医药卫生事业蓬勃发展。
