    [摘要] 在分析新时代背景为医学教育和医学生成长成才带来机遇的基础上，探讨新时代对医学人才素质的基本要求，并结合医学生出现的新特点、新变化以及存在的问题，从构建具备协同效应的育人机制，加强文化自信教育、厚植医学人文情怀，增强医学生创新意识与能力，优化课程设置体系等方面提出医学生成长成才的路径思考。

    Studying on the way to be success of medical students in the new era

    [Abstract] As the opportunities for medical education and medical students to success appear in the new era， basic requirements for the quality of medical talents in the new era is discussed， as well as new characteristics， new changes and new problems. The way how to be success of medical students is complex. The main factors are listed as followed. First， synergistic education mechanism should be established. Second， cultural self-confidence education of medical students should be strengthened. Third， medical humanistic feelings and the innovative consciousness of medical students should be enhanced. Forth， course setting system should be optimize and so on. ......
