    [摘要] 牛黄解毒片是著名的清热解毒药物，被2015年版《中国药典》一部收载，临床上使用广泛。因为方中包含有毒中药雄黄，其安全性广受关注。本文从安全性研究，牛黄解毒片配伍对雄黄毒性、可溶性砷以及砷形态的影响等方面对含雄黄中药复方牛黄解毒片毒性的研究进展加以总结，为其深入研究及臨床合理应用提供参考。

    [Abstract] Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets (NJT) is an effective and widely used traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in clearing heat and detoxicating， and it is fficially listed in the Chinese Pharmacopeia (2015). As a TCM that contains realgar， its toxicity and safety has always been concerned. This article reviewed the research progress of safety study， toxicity， soluble arsenic and arsenic form of realgar influenced by compatibility of NJT， so as to provide a reference for its further researches and rational clinical uses. ......
