    [摘要] 板蓝根颗粒由板蓝根和大青叶两种中药材组成，主要含生物碱、有机酸、苷类、氨基酸、硫代葡萄糖苷及其代谢产物、金属等成分，具有抗病原微生物、抗内毒素、增强免疫功能、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、保护和预防金属中毒等作用。通过测定板蓝根颗粒中的有效成分，提升板蓝根药材品质，确保该药临床使用的安全性。本文从板蓝根颗粒的有效成分、测定方法及药理作用、实际临床应用等方面进行综述，为板蓝根颗粒今后的研究提供一定的借鉴。

    [Abstract] Banlangen Granules are composed of two kinds of Chinese medicinal materials， which are Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis. They mainly contain alkaloids， organic acids， glycosides， amino acids， glucosinolates and their metabolites， metals and other ingredients.
