    [摘要] 结直肠癌是全球癌症发病和死亡的重要原因，手术治疗是其主要治疗方式，在术前运用纳米碳对肿瘤和淋巴结进行染色定位，能够减少术中寻找肿瘤时间，提高淋巴结检出数量，对改善手术效果、为患者提供更好的预后具有积极作用。本文对目前纳米炭在结直肠癌手术中的相关应用进行回顾，阐述纳米碳在结直肠癌手术中应用的优缺点及面临的挑战。

    [Abstract] Colorectal cancer is an important cause of cancer morbidity and mortality worldwide. Surgical treatment is the main treatment.
