    [摘要] 在我国，过敏性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科的常见病、多发病，近20年，其发病率显著增加，目前已成为全球性的健康问题，其病程反复，缠绵难愈，严重影响了患者的日常生活质量。西医治疗往往只能短暂地缓解患者鼻塞、流涕等部分症状，应用中医药治疗过敏性鼻炎常常效果确切，副作用小，越来越得到人们的重视。王庆国教授从事教学、临床40余年，运用中医中药治疗本病临床经验丰富，认为本病与五脏密切相关，注重温补肾阳，实卫固表，调理肝胆。治疗上根据临床辨证将桂枝汤、麻黄附子细辛汤、玉屏风散、小柴胡汤、川芎茶调散、柴胡桂枝汤等方予以单方或合方加减运用，疗效显著。本文对王庆国教授治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床经验进行总结，以期有助于读者。
