    [摘要] 结合当前护理教育国际化发展的新形势，从国内外护理教育发展现状、我国中医院校护理硕士研究生人才培养现状及存在问题进行综述，并结合我校中医特色优势提出应对措施，为我国中医院校探讨新形势下具有中医特色的国际化护理硕士研究生人才培养提供理论依据。

    [Abstract] This paper summarizes the present situation of nursing education development at home and abroad， the current situation and existing issues of talents cultivation of master of nursing students in Chinese medicine colleges according to the current situation of nursing education development， and puts forward some countermeasures based on the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristics of our school.
