    [摘要] 党的十八大以来，党中央始终围绕加强党的思想政治建设，不断推进全面从严治党，开展了“两学一做”等系列学习教育活动。随着国家医疗改革进入关键时期，如何提高公立医院整体素质和核心竞争力，己成为摆在医院管理者面前的一个亟待解决的重要课题。本文结合上海市精神卫生中心党委近年来“两学一做”工作实践，阐明了马克思主义哲学实践在公立医院“两学一做”引领和指导作用，对提高医务工作者的马克思主义理论素养，更好地服务患者，推动医院健康可持续发展具有重要意义。
