    [摘要] 基孔肯雅病毒(CHIKV)是一种虫媒病毒，可通过埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊传播，感染率高，能够引起长达数月至数年的关节炎症状，严重者会造成残疾甚至致死。近几年来，CHIKV在全球范围内广泛传播，每年可导致数百万人感染。本文从临床症状、病理机制、诊断方法等几方面介绍了CHIKV的最新研究进展，其中CHIKV感染的病理机制是重点描述的部分，了解CHIKV感染的致病机制将有助于找到预防和治疗方法来对抗这种虫媒病毒感染。

    [Abstract] Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) is an insect-borne virus transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. It has a high infection rate and can cause arthritis symptoms lasting from months to years. In severe cases， it can cause disability and even death.
