    [摘要] 本文探析赖新生教授以“通元”为法、采用针药结合治疗湿疹的临床经验。赖新生教授认为湿疹发病本质为虚，或中焦虚弱，营卫不和，或血海空虚，内风中生，或脏腑虚损，经脉空虚，皆可发病。“通元”即以通督养元为根本，从元神、元气调养人之根本，以培正、调神，虚实兼顾，针药合壁，从而达到邪祛正安、邪不恋复之疗效。
