    [摘要] 甄梦初是建国以来广东省授予第一批名老中医之一，他认为叶天士的“久病必瘀”“久病入络”学说是慢性肺病病久必瘀的理论基础，并在此基础上提出“肺久必瘀，瘀祛证消”的观点，详细阐述“瘀血”在慢性肺系疾病中的中医病机病理，方药多以民间验方铁破汤加减，收效甚佳。现归纳、总结了甄梦初从瘀论治慢性肺系疾病的经验，并附经典案例，为今后从“瘀血”论治慢性肺病提供一定的依据。
