    [摘要] 目的 探讨对氧磷酶1(PON1)对甲胎蛋白阴性原发性肝癌(AFP-PHC)的诊断价值及界值。 方法 收集2015年1～12月广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院住院的60例AFP阴性肝硬化(AFP-LC)患者(AFP-LC组)和46例AFP-PHC患者(AFP-PHC组)的血清，用电化学发光免疫分析法检测所有纳入对象血清AFP水平，酶联免疫法检测PON1水平。 结果 AFP-PHC组血清PON1水平明显低于AFP-LC组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 血清PON1水平对诊断AFP-PHC具有一定的效能。
