    [摘要] 神经外科是医院感染的高发科室，且在不同的时间、地区或医院，医院感染具有不同的临床特点。本文主要分析神经外科住院患者医院感染的特征、危险因素、部位、常见的病原菌和耐药情况，以及应对措施，为临床上预防和控制神经外科医院感染提供参考依据，从而降低感染对患者造成的不良影响。

    Research progress on the status of nosocomial infection in neurosurgical inpatients

    [Abstract] Neurosurgery is a department with high incidence of nosocomial infection， and nosocomial infection has different clinical characteristics in different times， regions or hospitals. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics， risk factors， location， common pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of nosocomial infection in neurosurgical patients， as well as countermeasures， so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and control of nosocomial infection in neurosurgery， and thus reduce the adverse effects of infection on patients.
