    [摘要] 乳腺小叶增生是育龄期女性常见的乳腺增生性疾病。西医主要采用激素治疗。中医治疗从整体观念出发，辨证施治，多从肝论治，以疏肝理气、化痰散结、活血祛瘀为治疗原则，并兼顾脾、肾，同时重视整体与局部兼顾，内治与外治相结合，采用内服中药汤剂，推拿，针灸，以及刮痧、走罐等方法，疗效显著。目前中西医结合配合心理疏导，以及规范化生活饮食干预治疗等优势明显，故提出临床当根据患者自身实际情况，基于健康医疗和临床决策进行量身定制，即精准医学指导下制订基于健康生活方式的个性化调治方案，契合现代的生物-心理-社会医学模式。

    Treatment status of lobular hyperplasia of mammary gland

    [Abstract] Lobular hyperplasia of mammary gland is a common hyperplasia of mammary glands of women in reproductive age. Western medicine mainly uses hormone therapy. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) starts from the concept of holism， and adopts treatment based on syndrome differentiation， mostly from liver， and TCM takes dispersing stagnated liver qi and regulating qi-flowing， dissipating phlegm and resolving masses， promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis as therapeutic principle， and takes care of spleen and kidney as well ......
