    [摘要] 隨着科学技术的进步以及时代的发展，医学技术获得了长足发展，并极大地改善了人类的医疗保健水平。现代医学已经发展成为一个内容丰富的综合体系，涵盖了探索生命奥秘、诊治预防疾病、改善健康、缓解病痛等多个方面的内容。然而，不断被媒体曝光的医患冲突事件，让人们在享受现代医疗保健服务的同时，重新审视和诘问医学的目的以及价值，期待着医学人文关怀传统的回归与复兴。本文通过查阅相关文献资料，用可持续发展理念阐释医学人文精神的内涵，剖析医学人文精神的重大意义以及时代价值，最后论述了如何从院校培养到体制改革全方位弘扬医学人文精神，为医学院校教育及各级医院真正的可持续发展提供意见，推动我国医学人文精神的发展。
