    [摘要] 变应性鼻炎是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科常见疾病，也是影响人类健康最常见的慢性疾病。实践证明，由于疾病病程长，症状反复发作，严重影响了患者的生活质量及心理健康。因此，为提高患者生活质量，改善患者心理状态，首先应当用正确且有针对性的评估工具评估患者生活质量和心理，并探讨影响患者生活质量及心理的各种因素。本文在广泛查阅国内外文献基础上，对变应性鼻炎患者生活质量及心理的测评工具、生活质量现状、生活质量影响因素等方面的研究现状进行综述，并提出针对性的建议，对今后临床治疗和护理工作提供指导和借鉴。
