巨噬细胞自噬在炎症性疾病中的作用研究进展
成梦群 尹健彬 张旋[摘要] 巨噬细胞是机体重要的固有免疫细胞之一,参与免疫防御和炎症调节。自噬能够调控巨噬细胞的吞噬、抗原呈递功能,还可通过调控巨噬细胞的极化方向来调节巨噬细胞在炎症发生发展和消退中的作用。巨噬细胞自噬参与了脓毒症、急性肺损伤、炎症性肝损伤、动脉粥样硬化、类风湿关节炎等许多炎症性疾病的发生发展或消退过程。本文综述了巨噬细胞自噬在炎症性疾病中的作用研究进展,并对其作为潜在治疗靶点进行了分析。

[Abstract] Macrophages are one of the important innate immune cells in the body, which are involved in immune defense and regulation of inflammation. Autophagy can regulate the phagocytosis and antigen presenting function of macrophages. It can also regulate the role of macrophages in the occurrence, development and regression of inflammation by regulating the polarization direction of macrophages.
