HPLC用于蛇莓中对羟基桂皮酸的含量测定

[摘要] 目的 建立蛇莓药材中对羟基桂皮酸的高效液相色谱测定法。 方法 采用Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%醋酸(14∶86)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为300 nm,柱温30℃。结果 对羟基桂皮酸浓度在0.413~26.450 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=72.592X +1.1304(r = 0.9999),平均加样回收率为103.52%,RSD为2.61%。3批蛇莓中对羟基桂皮酸的含量分别为0.11、0.10、0.05 mg/g。 结论 该方法方便快速,其分离效果好,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于蛇莓药材的质量控制。

[Abstract] Objective To establish a method for the determination of p-hydroxycinnamic in Duchesnea indica (Andr.) by HPLC. Methods Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used as the column, acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid solution (14∶86) was used as the mobile phase of the isocratic elution, with the detection wavelength of 300 nm and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.
