    [摘要] 客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)作为临床能力的评价工具，已越来越被国内外医学教育机构所接受。河北北方学院附属第一医院(以下简称“我院”)作为河北北方学院的临床学院，其临床实践教学占据着举足轻重的地位。本文首先阐述了我院目前OSCE在医学生临床能力中的培养现状，其次利用优势、劣势、机会、挑战(SWOT)分析方法，指出OSCE在医学生临床能力培养中应用的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战，最后结合SWOT分析策略，提出了应采取加强师资队伍建设、加大OSCE考核试题库的建设力度、加强标准化病人队伍建设、加大对学生临床思维能力的培养、规范临床技能的培训与考核等有效措施，加强对医学生临床能力的培养，努力提高学生综合素质和人才培养质量。

    [Abstract] As an evaluation tool of clinical competence， objective structured clinical examination OSCE has been more and more accepted by medical education institutions at home and abroad. The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University ("our hospital" for short) is the Clinical College of Hebei North University， clinical practice teaching plays an important role.
