    [摘要] 2型糖尿病(T2DM)是一种患病率和死亡率均逐年上升的代谢性疾病。它的发生发展给全球公共卫生带来巨大挑战。代谢组学技术能够检测T2DM治疗前后生物体内代谢变化情况，识别效应代谢物，进而评价或预测治疗效果，推断治疗作用机制，为T2DM的治疗提供新的思路。因此，本文就代谢组学技术及其在T2DM药物治疗、生物活性的食物成分治疗、减重手术治疗以及运动治疗中的应用展开综述，旨在为进一步研究T2DM的治疗方法提供参考。

    [Abstract] Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a metabolic disease with increasing prevalence and mortality year by year. Its occurrence and development have brought enormous challenges to global public health. Metabonomics can detect metabolic changes in vivo before and after T2DM treatment and identify effective metabolites， so as to evaluate or predict the therapeutic effect， infer the therapeutic mechanism and provide new ideas for the treatment of T2DM. Therefore， this article reviews the metabonomics and its application in the treatment of T2DM with drug， bioactive food component， bariatric surgery and exercise， in order to provide reference for further research on the treatment of T2DM.
