    [摘要] 崩漏是指月经周期、经期、经量均严重紊乱，经血非时而下不止或淋沥下血点滴不断的疾病，它既是妇科临床常见病、多发病，又属于疑难急重症。冯晓玲教授以整体观念为主导思想，以辨证论治为诊疗特点，认为本病虽病在肾脾，遣方用药调周时兼顾社会及自然环境对人情志的影响，通过比较中西医治疗优劣势，从“三因”论治崩漏。本文阐述冯教授对崩漏的诊治、用药规律及典型案例，使中药人工周期疗法联合地屈孕酮对崩漏治疗的思路更为清晰，临床疗效极佳。

    [Abstract] Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a disease， in which， the menstrual cycle， menstrual period， and menstrual flow are severely disordered， the menstrual blood is not stop during non-menstrual period or the blood is dripping and leaching. It is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecology， and it is also a difficult and serious disease.
