    [摘要] 目的 比较项部速刺与留针治疗周围性面瘫的效果。 方法 选取2017年12月～2018年9月于山西中医学院第三中医院就诊的30例周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组(留针)和治疗组(速刺)，每组15例，分别予以项部丛刺留针和速刺治疗，均以5 d为一个疗程，共治疗4个疗程，每个疗程结束后休息2 d，比较两组疗效及治疗前后面部残疾指数(FDI)量表各项评分。 结果 治疗后，两组FDI量表各项评分均较治疗前升高(P 0.05)。治疗后，两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 项部丛刺速刺与留针在周围性面瘫的治疗中有相同的效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of nape quick needling and retaining needling in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Thirty patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in the Third Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to September 2018 were selected as study subjects.
