    [摘要] 伴随着互联网技术的高速发展，移动互联网技术正在高速的改变着医疗卫生行业的日常工作，在慢性病的管理过程中逐渐发挥重要作用。本研究将就如何有效利用先进的信息技术，提高对现有医疗资源的利用，形成融合中医药特色的糖尿病社区健康管理体系进行探讨，探讨设计基于移动端的糖尿病中医社区健康管理系统的基本框架，基本功能包括登录和注册、数据采集、在线服务、信息查询、数据分析、智能提醒、患者统计分析。讨论设计社区糖尿病中医管理平台的对糖尿病患者和高危人群，基层医务工作者以及对于新技术下中医药社区慢性病的防控模式的意义，借助中医药的广泛群众基础，发挥中医药在疾病防控领域的优势，对新时期社区糖尿病防控管理工作提供新的管理研究方向。
