    [摘要] 乳腺癌是威胁女性健康的恶性肿瘤之一。以患者为中心的多学科模式(MDT)聚集多领域专家共同协作，综合制订个体化治疗，是目前肿瘤诊断治疗的最佳管理模式。MDT在乳腺癌的精确诊断、决策制订、随访管理、新技术研究等方面扮演着重要角色，而目前我国MDT实践尚处于摸索阶段，有待进一步完善和提高。高效的MDT团队，不仅可以帮助医务人员进步，还可以提高患者的生存率及生活质量。
