    [摘要] 我国自上世纪80年代实行医疗卫生体制改革以来，改革历经数次，效果不甚理想。国际经验表明，医务社会工作既是一个国家医疗卫生事业现代化的标志，也是推进医疗卫生体制改革的利器。但由于多方原因，迄今为止我国尚未形成医务社会工作本土化的知识体系与实践框架。在此背景下，深入挖掘布迪厄社会实践理论的核心要义，探究我国医务社会工作的实践逻辑及其建构路径，对深化医疗卫生体制改革、推动医务社会工作的本土化发展具有重要的现实意义。
