    [摘要] 卫生健康政策研究体系构建及“将健康融入所有政策”实施路径研讨，是新时期卫生健康政策工作的重要方针政策，是由世卫组织实践提出并大力倡导的一种以改善社会人群健康和享受健康公平服务为目标的公共健康政策制定方法与途径。本文以《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》实施为契机，对构建适合我国地域特点的卫生健康政策研究体系及其影响因素作成因分析，研讨学术领域内“将健康融入所有政策”实施路径及政策方略，借鉴所长为我国所用，旨在为政府部门制定相关卫生健康政策制度提供学术支持与理论依据。
