    [摘要] 胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，胃癌早期诊断率低，恶性程度高，预后差，严重威胁我国人民健康。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是非编码RNA中的一种，在肿瘤进展过程中扮演着重要角色。lncRNA在胃癌恶性进展中或充当癌基因或扮演抑癌基因，或在肿瘤耐药中起着重要作用。本文总结梳理近年关于lncRNA在胃癌发生、发展中作用的研究，探讨lncRNA作用机制，为lncRNA作为胃癌诊断、治疗及评估预后等生物靶点提供相应理论依据。

    [Absrtact] Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China. The early diagnosis rate of gastric cancer is low， the degree of malignancy is high， and the prognosis is poor， which seriously threatens the health of our people. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is one of the non-coding RNA， which plays an important role in the progress of cancer. Studies have shown that lncRNA plays an important role in the malignant progression of gastric cancer either as an oncogene or as an anti-oncogene gene or plays an important role in tumor resistance.
