膝骨关节炎实验动物模型现状研究进展

    [摘要] 参照《實验动物国家标准》将膝骨关节炎模型分为小型动物模型、大中型动物模型及灵长类动物模型,并将国内外常用动物模型依据自发性模型、诱发性模型进行归类。自发性模型包括天然自发模型、转基因模型,诱发性模型分为饮食诱发、药物注射诱发、手术诱发、制动诱发及寒冷诱发。不同模型的选择以及造模方法的应用,各自适用于不同的研究目的。
