    [摘要] 随着抗艾滋病逆转录病毒新药的不断研发，药物的有效性和安全性也在不断改善。然而，妊娠妇女在使用其作为预防母婴传播用药时，孕期的生理学改变影响着药物的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄。妊娠状态下，药物的毒副作用可加重对妊娠妇女和婴幼儿的影响，如何针对性地选择安全有效的药物及用药方案，始终是卫生医学领域的关键课题。
