    [摘要] 本文介绍刘小虹教授辨证论治慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床经验。刘教授在临证中将中医学的治则治法与岭南地区的实际情况相结合，体现中医学的“三因制宜”思想，强调肺脾气虚是慢性阻塞性肺疾病的主要病机特点，气虚痰阻是本病形成和发展过程中的关键因素，临床上提倡肺脾同治，并随证选用具有岭南特色的药材。
