    [摘要] 随着老龄化进程的加快，老年教育的需求不断升级，发展老年教育是应对人口老龄化问题、完善养老服务供给体系的必然要求。本文在查阅相关文献的基础上，从发展型养老需求理论与现实入手，通过对老年教育供给的现实评价，有针对性地提出了老年教育补短板的实践创新，丰富了老年教育内容体系，旨在不断提高老年教育的有效供给，实现老有所学的目标。

    [Abstract] With the acceleration of the aging process and the escalation of the demand for old-age education， the development of old-age education is an inevitable requirement to cope with the aging of population and improve the supply system of old-age services.
