    [摘要] 随着全球化的不断加深，医学翻译活动日益活跃，但我国现有医学翻译人才培养方式和医学译员选择方式有一些错误认识和做法。本文指出不应过度追求语言技能和医学知识的兼顾，提出有必要建立包括译员、医学顾问和语料库制作人员的医学翻译团队，并着重从语料库角度分析其可行性。在医学翻译团队模式下，译员为能力核心，医學顾问负责专业把控，语料库制作人员则积累语料资源，三者互相联系和配合，才能更好地完成医学口笔译任务。

    [Abstract] As globalization is increasingly deepening， medical translation activities have become more and more active. However， now in China， there are some false understandings and practices in the way of training and selecting medical translators/interpreters. This paper points that there should be no excessive pursuit of the combination of language skills and medical knowledge， and it is necessary to build a medical translation team including translators/interpreters， medical counselors and corpus technicians.
