    [摘要] 通过分析临床诊断三段论规则，构建临床诊断思维模式的逻辑表达式和结构化诊断流程。临床思维过程是纵向思维和横向思维相结合的分析判断过程。临床诊断思维模式可以用一个循环判断的逻辑表达式来表示，其诊断流程则可以用一个结构化的诊断流程图来表示。以急腹症为例，所建立的临床诊断思维模式的结构化流程图可以清楚地表示患者信息数据收集过程与三段论演绎推理过程及其相互关系。临床诊断思维模式的建立有助于临床决策思维教学课程及教学方法的设计，也有助于医学生向临床医生转变过程中临床决策思维能力的培养。
