    [摘要] 本文基于辨证施治理论，以五行学说与脏腑的联系及整体观念等为指导，分析近十年功能性消化不良相关文献，对本病的病因病机、辨证分型及治疗方法进行总结论述，目的在于弥补西医对症治疗无法明显改善患者症状、无法达到根治效果且不良反应多的不足。中医药治疗可有效缓解功能性消化不良患者的临床症状，且可达到根治的目的。本文亦旨在为相关研究及临床治疗提供参考。
