    [摘要] 本文主要讲述了内蒙古自治区人民医院药物临床试验机构在人类遗传资源管理中不断加强制度建设，优化审批部门及流程，明确各方职责时采取的有效管理方法。然而在实施中仍存在一些问题，如缺乏专职化管理人员和针对性培训，需加强人类遗传样本信息可溯源管理及对第三方检测机构的监督力度，提高医院检测部门辅助能力。希望不断改进的人类遗传资源管理工作促进药物临床试验平台建设。
