血清蛋白生物标志物免疫学测定技术研究进展
张雪 陈艳焦 程觅[摘要] 血清蛋白生物标志物是标记疾病过程中组织、器官或细胞功能变化的重要分子指标,在医学诊断和治疗中具有重要应用价值。酶促化学发光免疫分析、多重荧光免疫分析、电化学发光免疫分析等技术的发展为不同的血清蛋白生物标志物提供了多样的检测手段。本文对目前常用血清蛋白生物标志物检测方法的技术特点、应用研究和优势与不足进行了分析比较,为研究者选择合适的方法提供参考。
