Wnt信号通路及其在类风湿性关节炎中的作用进展
李正萍 袁慧慧[摘要] 类风湿性关节炎(RA)的典型病理改变是滑膜炎和骨破坏,最终导致关节畸形而致残。Wnt信号通路在滑膜炎和骨破坏中发挥广泛的作用,是RA病情进展的重要因素。Wnt信号通路参与RA软骨细胞、成骨细胞和破骨细胞等的功能障碍有密切关系,并且促进RA相关病理因子的产生。本文就Wnt信号通路与RA炎症和骨侵蚀的关系及靶向该通路治疗的相关研究进行综述。

[Abstract] The typical pathological changes of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are synovitis and bone destruction, which eventually lead to joint deformity and disability. Wnt signaling pathway plays a wide role in synovitis and bone destruction, and is an important factor in the progression of RA. Wnt signaling pathway is closely related to the dysfunction of RA chondrocytes, osteoblasts and osteoclasts, and promotes the production of RA-related pathological factors.
