    [摘要] 半夏泻心汤，原方始见于《伤寒杂病论》，为医圣张仲景创立，具有调和肝脾，寒热平调，消痞散结之功效，主治寒热错杂之痞证，被历代医家广泛运用于临床。现代药理学研究提示其具有保护胃黏膜、调节血糖和血脂代谢、抗细胞凋亡、调节肠道菌群及调节神经递质等药理作用。笔者通过对近年国内外有关半夏泻心汤药理作用研究的文献进行综述，总结其现代药理作用，特别是总结其对于肿瘤方面的研究进展，以期对科研工作者的深入研究以及医药工作者的临床工作提供一定的借鉴意义。

    [Abstract] Banxia Xiexin Decoction， the original prescription begins in Shanghan Zabing Lun， founded by the medical saint Zhang Zhongjing， has the function of harmonizing liver and spleen， mildly regulating cold and heat， relieving oppression and masses.
