    [摘要] 过敏性紫癜性肾炎是儿童最为常见的继发性肾病，其病程缠绵，反复难愈。禤国维教授根据小儿体质特点，认为本病先天禀赋不足为本，热毒瘀积为标，提出“固本培元，从血论治”治疗思路，结合岭南地区特点，治疗以滋阴补肾为主，辅以清热凉血、止血活血、解毒化瘀等中药，创立血管炎方，同时重视顾护小儿脾胃，选用轻灵平淡之药，使得补不碍滞，泻不伤正，临床上权衡虚实，分期辨治，取得满意疗效。
