    [摘要] 面对全球范围内复杂而严峻的卫生挑战，中医药参与全球卫生治理体系的构建，既有其必要性，又存在各种困境和挑战。本文通过调查研究，探讨出以中医药文化先行、以国家政策作推动，发挥优势资源和特色技术，推进标准化体系建设，建立海外合作平台，推动服务贸易发展等7项具体路径，提高中医药在全球卫生治理过程中的参与度。
