    [摘要] 2型糖尿病及糖尿病前期的患病率呈逐年上升的趋势，早期发现糖尿病前期的危险因子，并及时诊断和干预，预防和减少糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展值得关注。炎性因子在糖尿病前期发病中的作用机制一直是研究热点之一，C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等炎性因子及其他新型的炎症因子与糖尿病前期的相关性被越来越多的研究者发现。本文就近年来国内外对炎性因子在糖尿病前期发病中的作用研究进展进行综述，以期为糖尿病前期的干预提供新思路。
