    [摘要] 本文报道1例自身免疫性多发性内分泌腺病综合征(APS)的临床资料，并进行文献复习，希望提高临床医生对该疾病的诊断和治疗。本例患者成年女性，2017年6月因“1型糖尿病”入中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一○医院治疗，2018年3月出现“桥本甲状腺炎”症状，患者于2019年6月检查提示“原发性性腺功能减退症”，确诊为“APSⅡ型”。根据病因和临床特征可以将APS分为2型：APSⅠ型和APSⅡ型。APSⅡ型包括1型糖尿病、Addison病和自身免疫性甲状腺疾病，合并两种即可诊断APSⅡ型。APS治疗主要是针对所累及的内分泌腺体给予相应的激素替代治疗及对症治疗。
