    [摘要] 全国高等职业院校临床医学专业技能大赛的宗旨是提高职业院校三年制临床医学生临床操作的规范性、培养医学人文素养和团队合作精神，同时促进理论知识与临床的结合，做到学以致用。西安醫学高等专科学校通过参加两次全国大赛，对平时临床教学、赛前集中培训及大赛中出现的问题进行反思，探索医学专业人才的培养模式，做到“以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促建”，创新实践教学体系，提高医学上临床水平和人文素养，使其更加适应现代化医学的要求。

    [Abstract] The purpose of the national professional skills competition of clinical medicine in vocational colleges and universities is to improve the standardization of clinical operation of three-year clinical medical students in vocational colleges and universities， to cultivate medical humanistic quality and teamwork spirit， and at the same time to promote the combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical knowledge， to achieve the application of learning. Xi′an Medical College by taking two national competitions， reflects on the problems in the usual clinical teaching， the pre-match training and competition， explores the training mode of medical professionals， does “Race to promote learning， race to promote teaching， race to promote construction” ......
