中医养生实训课教学中实施分层教学的探讨

    [摘要] 因材施教,教师在教学活动中实施分层次教学,能够激发各类学生的主观能动性,满足各类学生学习的需求,是深化教学改革的重要举措。中医养生实训课的教学是在已有中医养生基礎知识学习的基础上,学生根据自己的特长和已有的知识架构,通过动手实践,内化新知识、构建自己的中医养生知识体系的过程。在中医养生实训课中实施分层教学可以让每个学生都能从学习中有所斩获,培养与自己相应的实践能力,增强自己的学习自信心,使自己更好地成为社会的有用之才。同时也能让教师在教学活动中提升自身素质,促进教学质量的提高。

    [Abstract] It is an important measure to deepen the teaching reform that teachers should teach students according to their aptitude and implement multi-level teaching in teaching activities, which can stimulate the subjective initiative of all kinds of students and meet the learning needs of all kinds of students. The teaching of traditional Chinese medicine health training course is based on the learning of the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine health that students according to their own strengths and existing knowledge structure, through hands-on practice, internalize new knowledge, build their own knowledge system of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation process.
