    [摘要] 新中国成立70年来，随着《中国人民共和国中医药法》的颁布，“健康中国”概念的提出，中医药迎来前所未有的发展机遇。传承和发展中医药目前已成为党和国家的重要方针战略，而中医药文化传承及中医药知识产权保护则是其中的重要核心环节。两者之间相互促进、相辅相成。本文基于新时代自主创新背景下，试图对中医药文化传承与中医药知识产权保护路径进行探析，并提出对策建议。
