    [摘要] 小儿肺炎是儿科呼吸系统常见疾病之一，发病率和死亡率均居首位，被世界卫生组织列为3种重要儿科疾病之一。临床上以发热、咳嗽、气促、呼吸困难及肺部固定的湿啰音为主要表现。小儿肺炎的治疗是目前儿科临床研究的重点和热点问题，近年来其防治也取得了新进展。本文针对中医内、外治法方面的特点及临床应用情况，归纳总结各家对于小儿肺炎的5种基本论治学说及其他疗法的研究进展，以期为中医临床治疗小儿肺炎提供一定的理论参考。

    [Abstract] Pediatric pneumonia is one of the most common diseases of pediatric respiratory system， with morbidity and mortality ranking the first. It is listed as one of the three important pediatric diseases by the world health organization. Clinical fever， cough， shortness of breath， dyspnea and lung fixed moist rales were the main manifestations. The treatment of pediatric pneumonia is the focus and hotspot of pediatric clinical research and its prevention and treatment has made new progress in recent years. According to the characteristics and clinical application of internal and external treatment in traditional Chinese medicine， this paper summarizes the research progress of five basic theories and other treatments on pediatric pneumonia.
