天麻素防治缺血性脑损伤的机制研究进展
程阳阳 孔维佳[摘要] 天麻素是一种酚型糖苷类化合物,是中药天麻的主要活性成分,临床用于治疗头痛、头晕、癫痫、惊厥等神经系统疾病。脑缺血是全球最重要的致残致死性疾病之一,当脑部出现缺血时,首先导致氧气和能量缺失,引发兴奋性氨基酸的释放、氧化应激、炎症以及细胞凋亡等有害级联反应,加重脑组织损伤。天麻素通过抑制兴奋毒性,抗氧化,抗炎,抑制细胞凋亡,维护神经胶质细胞稳态,促进神经发生,保护血脑屏障完整性等途径减轻缺血所致的脑损伤;通过多靶点、多层次调节脑缺血损伤的病理生理过程,为缺血性脑损伤的治疗提供了一种新的思路。

[Abstract] Gastrodin is a phenolic glycoside compound, which is the main active component of Gastrodiae Rhizoma. It is used in treatment of headache, dizziness, epilepsy, convulsion and other neurological diseases. Cerebral ischemia is one of the most important disabling and fatal diseases in the world. It leads to the loss of oxygen and energy, triggering the release of excitatory amino acids, oxidative stress, inflammation, cell apoptosis and other harmful cascade reactions, aggravating brain tissue damage. Gastrodin can reduce ischemic brain injury by inhibiting excitotoxicity, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, cell apoptosis, maintaining glial cell homeostasis, promoting neurogenesis, and protecting the integrity of blood-brain barrier.
