    [摘要] 目的 优选香芎凝胶贴膏处方最佳提取工艺。 方法 采用醇提工艺，以阿魏酸和王不留行黄酮苷的提取率和处方的出膏率为指标，以正交实验设计考察提取过程中乙醇浓度、提取倍数、提取时间等条件对各指标的影响，优选出最优醇提工艺。并进行验证试验。 结果 最优醇提工艺为加入8倍量60%乙醇，提取2次，每次1.5 h。结论 该工艺合理可行，有效成分提取率高，重复性好。可为香芎凝胶贴膏现代制剂的开发提供技术参考。
