    [摘要] 本文回顾性分析视神经挫伤病例1例。患者因暈厥导致头面部受到撞击，上海中医药大学附属普陀医院急诊入院拟诊为多处伤，后因视力下降、视野缺损，经详细体检及辅助检查后确诊为视神经挫伤，经大剂量激素联合多药治疗后视力及视野改善显著。视神经挫伤在临床并不多见，且易被全身病所掩盖而忽视。及时、准确地诊断该病可极大地挽救患者的视力和视功能，临床医生需在日常工作中进一步提高对该病的认识，进行系统的眼科查体及相关辅助检查，权衡手术或药物利弊，努力改善视神经挫伤患者的预后。

    [Abstract] This article retrospectively analyzed a case of optic nerve contusion. The patient was hit on the head and face due to syncope， and was admitted to the Department of Emergency， Putuo Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for multiple injuries. Later， the patient was diagnosed as optic nerve contusion after detailed physical examination and auxiliary examination due to decreased vision and visual field defects. After treatment with high-dose hormone combined with multi-drug， the vision acuity and visual field improved significantly.
